Livestock Artificial Insemination

Our artificial insemination program seeks to improve the livestock breeds through cross breeding of indigenous breeds with exotic ones, particularly in communal areas in order to significantly improve meat and milk production. This is to support sustainable livelihoods in communities.

Our program is a market-driven program that works closely with small, medium, and large-scale farmers. It directly contributes to food availability and access by concurrently increasing production and raising incomes of rural households in selected areas.
